Did you know that inside of a VERY modern looking marble building is collection of Yale University’s rare books – all housed within a strikingly beautiful, glass 6 story tower of book cases. The most famous book in that collection is the mysterious and mystifying Voynich Manuscript, also known by its call number, Beinecke MS 408.
What makes it so mysterious is that it’s origins are unknown and it’s written in an unknown ,and most likely, fictional language; but it’s beautifully decorated with illuminations and illustrations of fanciful plant life.
