Everyone knows the iconic Cinderella castle that Walt Disney is known for, but did you know that there is an actual castle that inspired the fairytale castle? It is the the Alcázar of Segovia, located in central Spain. He was so inspired by this castle that he used it in both Cinderella and as the Evil Queen’s castle in Snow White. Right off the bat you can see the reflection of Cinderella’s castle echoing from the structures of the Alcázar.
