When you think of pasta art, dried elbow pasta glued to paper is the image typically called to mind; but that is not the case with Pasta artist Linda Miller Nicholson. She uses natural dyes from fruits, vegetables and herbs to create her gorgeous colors; and she mixes those colors directly into her pasta dough that she shapes and cuts to create her works of art.
