Song of the Sea is an absolutely stunning animation directed by the talented Tomm Moore, who also directed the equally amazing animation The Secret of Kells. The story of this movie follows Ben, a 10-year-old boy, who has little love for his younger sister Saiorse because he believes it’s her fault that their mother passed away. Events really begin to take off when Saiorse finds a key that opens a hidden treasure chest in their father’s closet and finds out the truth of who and what she really is. The animation of this movie is breathtakingly amazing and beautiful, and the soundtrack is just as stellar. If you have not had the chance to see this movie, we highly recommend that you do. You will not be disappointed!
