Happy New Year everyone! This is Angel and I hope you all had a wonderful holiday with your family and friends. There is one chef whose cooking unites us all: Grandma. There is nothing more satisfying to one’s soul than to sit down and eat a delicious meal cooked by your Grandma. I’ve learned a couple of Columbian dishes from my Abuelita in the last few years and though they taste good when I cook them, they don’t taste as amazing as when she makes them. It’s gotta be the Grandma magic, and love, they pour into their dishes as they make them for the ones they love most. Grandma’s are rockstar cooks!
