This is a well made video about the Svalbard Global Seed Vault in Norway that houses generations of seeds from throughout the world. This video also talks about how important it is for biodiversity to exist in our agricultural system, especially with the impact that climate change is having on our world. To quote Cary Fowler from Svalbard: “If agriculture doesn’t adapt to climate change, neither will we”, and to do that we need to have diversity amongst our fruits and vegetables so they can evolve withstand these new warmer temperatures.
