Brewing Ancient Beer

Travis Rupp, a professor from University of Colorado, is bringing ancient brews back to life! He starts by researching ancient civilizations (the Vikings, Egyptians, and Peruvians to name a few) to find the best way to bring them back to life in a pint glass. Even though Travis uses modern methods and equipment to create these brews, he adjusts his recipes to incorporate the ingredients that these ancient civilizations used back then. Some of the unusual ingredients they used in brewing were baking yeast, juniper berries and mugwort. How cool would it be to be sipping on a glass of beer that once was consumed by the Vikings?!
