There’s a movement in Napa Valley to get away from chemicals and and pesticides and use something more sustainable and environmentally friendly: building barn owl houses throughout the vineyard. This video talks about the benefits of forming a partnership with the owls to help reduce the rodent population, while stopping the use of both rodent poison and pesticides.
