A mated pair of Bald eagles, named Bella and Smitty, have been revisiting their nesting site and raising since 2011. Recently a photo was captured of Bella sitting on her nest while being buried in snow up to her neck. Once the eggs have been laid, the eagles will lay on the eggs 24/7 and will endure all kinds of difficult conditions to make sure the eggs stay nice and warm. It’s amazing to see the loyal love of parenthood endure anything!
