Pan Chieh is an engineer who helped save a disabled dog 8 years ago by building a wheelchair for it, and is still helping stray dogs and cats even today. He has constructed around 400 wheelchairs to help Taiwan’s disabled animals get around easier! His goal is to inspire others to help give disabled animals a second chance at life and to see the world. Chieh has a heart of gold!
