This is a great short film, animated completely by students. I find it amazing what technology allows artists and designers to accomplish these days. It’s encouraging that there is so much great art and film out there, accessible to anyone who wants to learn!
Chicago: 5 Great Buildings
A neat short video of 5 great buildings in Chicago! While I wish that it was a bit more informational, the way they animated the shapes “building” the buildings was cool. Great city, great architecture!
Lovecraft Bronze Bust Project

I think this film is underappreciated. The opening titles by MK12 alone were so amazing. Will Ferrell trying not to be funny is funny, and how much can Dustin Hoffman eat in one movie?

So the Library of Congress has a database of digital image collections for download that have no known restrictions for use – which makes them a great source for designers!
